GENERAL RATE POLICY
The smallest unit achieves the frequency discount level of the total number of units run.
The remaining units achieve the frequency discount of the total number of same-size units run, or the page equivalency of all units run, whichever is higher. No rate holders accepted.
- Bleed charge: earned rate plus 10%. No charge for gutter bleed on spread.
- Inserts, gatefolds, business reply cards and special unit rates on request. These special units contribute to, but do not earn, unit discounts and must be reserved 30 days prior to issue closing.
- Half-page spreads will be charged their applicable full-page rate plus $4,200 net production charge.
- 5th color and special inks available upon request.
