Music video dancer-turned-tell-all author Karrine Steffans has never been shy about talking about her sexual exploits. In fact, she turned them into a New York Times best seller, 2005's Confessions of a Video Vixen. She claims she slept with everyone from P-Diddy to Shaquille O'Neal. Now the 28-year-old beauty is about to drop some more juicy Hollywood adventures in fast money, drugs and, of course, sex in her new book, The Vixen Diaries. Once christened "Superhead" for her skills at fellatio, Karrine has now flipped the script, getting her pleasure being head of her own publishing empire, Steffans Publishing. Playboy.com found out that she still isn't holding anything back. She revealed the secrets of "superhead," dissed the Mile-High club and explained why she recently christened a popular R&B singer the "Upside Down Pineapple Cake Man."
1. Is there a specific "Superhead" technique you use for oral sex?
Karrine Steffans: I don't have a particular technique. Sex is such an emotional thing. A lotta times, you can make a man feel that he's getting more than he's getting. Sexually, you can't have just one technique for everyone -- one way may not work for the other guy. I know guys who don't even like oral sex. You don't even have to touch it to cause a man to get that tingling sensation from that part of the body. Hotness doesn't have to happen right on the penis. It can be around it, above it and below it, but it still gets a guy hot.
2. Are you good in bed?
Steffans: Absolutely, I am the best. I am aware of the entire body. I pay attention to things that other people don't pay attention to like muscle spasms, heart rate, pulsating veins and toes cracking. It's almost like being a doctor, knowing which part of the body is not being serviced. When you are aware of what you're doing and how it affects that person, it makes you an excellent lover.
3. Have you ever told a celebrity lover that he was not good in bed?
Steffans: Yes, I told a big movie star that he was horrible in bed. This guy had the smallest, child-like penis. I told him, "I can't do anything with it. I can't even grab it!" It was the only cock I didn't know what to do with. I told him to get up out of my bed because we could only be friends.
4. Are celebrities better or worse than non-celebrities?
Steffans: A dick is a dick is a dick. All guys are the same and most of the time, it's not the act itself, it's the person. Just because you're bigger doesn't make you better. I make you better. Stars have the same problems as regular people. They have erectile dysfunction, family issues; they're too drunk or too high.
5. What's the most memorable sex experience you've ever had?
Steffans: I recently had a pretty memorable experience. I call this guy my "Upside Down Pineapple Cake" man. This guy had me in an upside-down standing 69. That's one thing I have never done. It was very weird -- he's walking and he's sucking and you're sucking but you're walking and you're upside down! The blood is rushing to your head and you're getting a little dizzy. It's very euphoric and very erotic. I don't know where he learned that.
